This shadow box combines Joose's large photo with Her silver belt buckle awarded at the end of riding 100 miles in one day. Before framing it like this, she had found the photo in storage with its glass broken and her silver buckle was in her dresser drawer. She decided to combine the two to illustrate the way custom framing can display the special events in one's life. By using the shadowbox concept for the silver buckle, its depth ads interest to the event photo. Also the specialty mat of faux leather accentuates the western flavor of the piece.
